Hello December!

Welcome December, you can smell the holiday and christmas stuffs hahaha. oohh a reminder for me i'm gonna die soon. (read : thesis deadline's getting closeerrr.)  

okayy last month I went to palu, actually that was my second time. You can see my first time here.  Hemm not much change, the weather's very hot, since it lies on equator.

Snail Oh Snail

Yihaa lovely readers, I went to Semarang a couple weeks ago. Have you been there? Well actually that was my first time too. I didnt know anything about tourist destination at Semarang, except Lawang Sewu *goosebumps*. Okay I'm not gonna tell you about creepy story hahaha. 

Semarang is quite known for its China town (or Pecinan), there is a place called Semawis. You can find so many hawker foods along the street, but they just open at weekend.

Tadaaa see what I got at that place! Seem delicious huh?

I ate that noodles for the first time and last time. Well it's not chicken noodles hahaha, it's snail bekicot noodles! I was too curious,cant help it! So if you ask me what it tastes, it is chewy and elastic hahaha. Umm hard to describe. 

I wonder how I can finish that food after seeing this pict.

I ate this crab noodle a day before that snail tragedy.

Batik City

Yey today Jakarta officially has a new governor, I hope Jakarta will be a better place to live, dont you? Besides, Solo's also getting more popular because of that issue. I recently visited Solo,umm it's getting crowded I guess. If you visit this city you'll see Batik Store everywhere, fit with its motto: Solo Batik City. 

And the unique thing is so many "angkringan" and also "lesehan" along the street at night. It's not like lesehan at Sundanese restaurant,at Solo people just sit on the street on enjoy their food. Similiar to Jogja,Solo also has gudeg, and another local foods, such as sate buntel, serabi, selat, nasi timlo, etc.

R.I.P My Dear

This's not about fashion/food/travel post, this's about my sad experience. Well I have a dog, female dog, named Poppie. Six days ago, she was OK, she even jumped up when I went back home from Bangka. She always do that whenever I leave her for a few days,that means she feels excited. And today she's no longer with me and my fam, she's died. She gets infected by disease, Leptospirosis, a disease caused by rats urine which contains bacteria. I just knew yesterday, at first I dont know it's gonna be that worst,I just thought that she ate the wrong food. 

And now everything will be different. No more wagging tail whenever I call her name. No more dog food, no more biscuits or snacks. No one will sniffing around and welcome me home. No more puppy eyes whenever I bring her snacks. No one will jump on me with paws. And no more barking, my house's gonna be silent. I dont know how much I'm gonna miss her. *sobbing*

She's more than a dog, she's part of my fam. If you have a dog,you will understand how sad it is. Just imagine,if you have a relationship with your bf for 5 years then break up,you'll cry a lot. What about 10 years together? My dog had accompany me for that long, that's why I extremely sad and my eyes are swollen. Next Saturday is my birthday, I'm gonna be lonely. But life must go on, time will heal.

Hidden Paradise - Belitung

Pampamparapaamm I'm back! Long time no pooosst, I've been busy lately doing my thesis. This semester will be a nightmare :( But last week I went to Belitung Island, awww that's really beautiful. It's getting famous since the success of Laskar Pelangi movie and becoming one of top tourist destination. I will let you know the reason, keep your eyes open! *drumroll*

Bright and White

Hi friends! How was your holiday? It's been a week since I went to Lampung for holiday with my fam :)  Well my grandma lives there so we went to visit her. Unfortunately so many restaurants were closed because it was Lebaran holiday. Emm nothing much has changed at this city:)

Now there's new place to visit at Lampung 

Can you see the color of the sand?  Different from Java island, 

mostly beach at this city has bright white sands.

Well, the best part is this place : not crowded and full of people

Hmm overall this place is quite good, they're still developing 

the facilites. I hope when I go back one day, it will be better.

Ripley's Museum

Hey how ya doin' guys! Well, you must have heard about Ripley's Believe It or Not. Last month I got a chance to visit the Ripley's Museum at Genting. Umm that was my first time, so I was excited. I forgot the admission fee, mmm maybe about 40 MYR. And prepare ur camera before going!

Jurong Bird Park

It's been a long time since the last post. Yey after hectic week full of exam,

finally I went to Singapore. And I had a chance to visit Jurong Bird Park. 

I read from Wiki : It is currently the world's largest bird park in terms of number of birds. And that was my first time to visit this tourist attraction.

It costs 18 SGD.

ah I love the colors :) I  just want to pick their feathers

Seoul Garden

The first time I heard Seoul Garden, it reminded me of korean drama LOL. Actually it's a resto at Emporium. Of course you can find popular korean dishes like bibimbap 부븸밥, bulgogi 맥적, kimchi 김치, etc, at the menu. And their price is pretty affordable.

Hi pals, January now! Hemm kinda a tough month for me. Lot of assignments must be submitted, I spend most of my time in front of monitor. Haha. And end of this month, I'll have my final exams before this semester ends. Why I soooo unmotivated.
